Shah Rukh Khan has recently began to share his health tip via his Twitter page.
So how do you get six-pack abs? Shah Rukh says, “Six-pack more to do with diet than exercise alone. You need to be very disciplined. Do it for 30 to 40 days… they will start to show.”
What about foods to avoid? He says, “No desserts, ice creams or colas. No food in between meals like chips, etc. Single-handedly try and bring the junk food industry to closure.”
