As the Toronto International Film Festival will be opening tomorrow night the city is a buzz with stars, fans, and all the craziness that is cinema!
This year TIFF is proud to present Pankaj Kapur’s, Mausam. A passionate love story that unfolds to the rhythms of the four seasons, and is bursting with vibrant colour and plenty of song and dance. As with most gala’s and special presentations, the starts are sure to be in Toronto to celebrate the North American debut, can’t wait to see Shahid and Sonam in Toronto next week!

Yet another hollywood/bollywood power couple team up – but not in THAT way! Varity.com is reporting that mega star Amitabh Bachchan will be costaring in Leonardo Dicaprio’s latest project The Great Gatsby which is scheduled to be released in 2012.
Bachchan, who has appeared in more than 180 Indian films, will play the role of Meyer Wolfsheim, a shadowy gambler. The film toplines Leonardo DiCaprio as Gatsby and also stars Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, Joel Edgerton and newcomer Elizabeth Debicki.

The Great Gatsby is a classic Americal novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The story is a famous one that just takes place just after WW1 where American society is enjoying prosperity during the 1920′s. However, at the same time, prohibition (ban sale/manufacturing of alcohol) is enforced which made millionaires out of bootleggers.
Hope this ends up being true! – Cant wait to watch it either way!

Salman Khan’s latest blockbuster film proves critics wrong and earns a whopping Rs 100 crore at the box office in just six days!
Looks like ALL die hard Salman fans showed their tremendous support his latest movie, and all the haters our there are forced to accept that Salman Khan is a phenomenon that no one can stop!
Just to give you some context on how other blockbusters did opening weekend:
- Bodygurad = 86 crore
- Dabang = 81 crore
- 3 Idiots = 80 crore

Up, Close and Personal With PZ is new chat show hosted by Preity Zinta. Her first guest on the show is non other than Salman Khan, her co-star in films like “Chori Chori Chupke Chupke”, “Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega”, “Jaan-E-Mann” and “Heroes”.
On the show, Preity shares that she had the biggest crush on Salman, and that she was so excited to watch Salman’s hit ”Dabangg” that she went in a burqa to watch it.
The show is set to air on Sept 3 on UTV. The show is produced by Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment.

Breakaway will be featured at this year’s TIFF in Toronto in September!!! The announcement was made today at the Fairmont Royal York. The movie stars Vinay Virmani, Russell Peters, Anupam Kher and Rob Lowe. The movie also has cameo appearances by, Akshay Kumar, Drake and Ludacris!!!
This is great news! Looks like Bollywood fever is still going strong after the IIFA’s!
